These terms apply to the use of the Handy - Quote Calculator service, provided by dinutvikler ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

The service

Handy is a tool for creating cost estimates and quotes, managing a price book and following up on projects. We work to keep the service available and functioning well, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Account and use

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the content you enter, including prices, customer information and quotes.
• The service must not be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service or other users.

Quotes and calculations

Calculations, totals and suggestions from the service — including advice from the AI advisor — are aids. You are responsible for verifying that quotes you send to your customers are correct. We are not a party to the agreement between you and your customer.

Subscription and payment

The service is offered in a free version with limitations and a paid Pro version. Pricing and what is included are shown in the app. A paid subscription runs until cancelled and renews automatically for a new period unless you cancel before renewal.

Intellectual property

We own all rights to the service itself. You retain the rights to the content you enter. You grant us a limited right to process that content in order to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from errors in calculations you have not verified.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may close accounts in the event of a material breach of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with [venue/city] as the legal venue.
