This policy explains how Handy ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use the Handy - Quote Calculator service. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

Data controller

dinutvikler is the data controller for the personal data processed in the service. Contact: dinutvikler@gmail.com.

What information we collect

• Account information: the email address and company name you provide at registration.
• Content you enter: projects, customers, price book, quotes, notes and photos you upload yourself.
• Usage data: technical information about how the service is used, for operation and troubleshooting.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to deliver the service you have requested (performance of a contract), to operate and improve the service (legitimate interest), and to meet legal requirements. Customer data you enter yourself is processed on your behalf, where we act as a data processor.

Storage and third parties

Data is stored with our sub-processors for cloud services and database operations, with servers in the EU/EEA. We use, among others, Supabase (database and storage) and Netlify (hosting). The AI advisor feature processes text and images you submit in order to provide professional advice. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We retain data for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, your data is removed within a reasonable time, except for what we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting records).

Your rights

• Access to the information we hold about you.
• Rectification of inaccurate information.
• Erasure of information ("the right to be forgotten").
• Data portability and the right to object to processing.

Cookies

The service uses necessary cookies for login and operation. We do not use marketing tracking without consent.
